Where do I run audits and build reports?
In the ShopGrade Chrome extension. Open any Shopify store, click the extension, and run your audit there. This dashboard only manages your plan, credits and billing.
What happens when my monthly reports run out?
Report credits kick in automatically ($19 for 2 reports, they never expire and are non-refundable). Credit reports include full AI and screenshot analysis plus a watermarked share link; PDF export requires Pro or Agency.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
Your first subscription payment can be refunded within 7 days only while you have generated 0 or 1 reports, and the self-serve refund can be used once per account. If you have used it already, the button opens an email so a person can review the request. Renewals and report-credit purchases are non-refundable. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you keep access until then.
Can my team share one plan?
Agency includes 3 team seats. Invite teammates from the extension; they share the plan's reports and credits.
